Kirsten has been a keen writer for many years, and has combined this with her research skills and nutrition expertise to write articles on a great number of subjects. Many have been published in regional and national magazines, and Kirsten has been quoted and/or published in My Weekly, Woman’s Weekly, Natural Health, Red, Green Parent, Your Healthy Living, Holistic Living, Wellbeing Magazine, Tonic and more. She currently has a regular column in Title Magazine.

Since 2009, Kirsten has been writing regular articles in her role as Nutrition Consultant on the Nutrigold Education Team.
